===========================================================================================

12/5/12 - It's a FIRE SALE. Well, maybe for now, but the next dip is definitely a BUY if it holds the $500 price point. If we drop below that, it's anybody's guess if it will get back over $600 again, if ever. Today there were still calls for $800 - $900 price targets, but for now, this chart is U.G.L.Y. and that is typically when you want to BUY BUY BUY. I suspect there should be selling tomorrow and into Friday as more margin call pain will no doubt be felt by millions of wishful novice investors. If you did not get the heck out of dodge when AAPL failed to get back over $600 then you are felling a lot of pain. Brokers are upping margin requirements on this stock and that tells me the big money is ready to step in and buy up shares from novice investors who will get wiped out only to see the stock climb back to new heights.

NEVER EVER invest on full 4:1 margin when trading stocks you are holding onto. ALWAYS leave some cash in your account to buy protective puts when things go against you, that way you can make some money to pay for the margin calls.

The only thing that can save this stock now is an announcement they will do a special end of year dividend but that is not looking like it will happen. You still need to keep some OTM calls on the line the rest of the trading month, and I fully expect a nice pre-earnings run but not until Jan.

If we are fortunate enough to get a reversal here then you can go for the long but you MUST be disciplined to stop out at $530.00!
