White Whale Option Plays for - GOOG
The trades below are for educational purposes only.
They are not recommendations to purchase any particular stock or options contract.
Note: they are suggested entry and exit points! disclaimer
Trade Notes: I fully expect
some big time volatility tomorrow, but it may not be of the GAP
kind. If you do get filled on the calls and GOOG holds today's
open at 864, stick with your trade because we could get a very
big rally tomorrow and you have a chance at making a substantial
profit. Of course, it's Aug expiration so anything can happen, DO NOT GAMBLE with large money. If we do not get filled on the T1 entry prices, then buy no further OTM than the 870's.

Pick your strikes that suit your risk capital tolerance's. I have multiple strikes listed because I want to increase my odds of getting filled, especially if I am trying to buy large amounts of contracts. If you have a smaller account then you can start with T1 Entry and only buy 1 - 5 contracts. If the entry price is $0.10 cents or less, then go for 10 or more. You can add T2 entry points once you have built up profits.
ROI targets are suggested and depending on the volatility of the stock, your ROI can swing wildly, so if you do not have a set percent in place, you may just miss out all together unless your options are in the money. If you do T2, then keep the ROI lower than T1 to assure you get the best possible odds of a profit.
These stocks move quite a bit in early trading, and you can make multi-thousand percent in ROI in minutes...just do not get greedy. Take your profits and increase contract size vs. squeezing out every cent of profit per trade...see compounding.
NOTE: I recommend if you do NOT get filled in the first 5-10 minutes of trading, CANCEL your orders—we are fishing not chasing! If you do let your orders linger, then do it with smaller contract size so the ones that eventually get filled and fail do not eat up trading capital.

6/18/13 - No fills today unless you chased. As you can see you would have made a lot of ROI but I am not looking to "buy" I am fishing for a rock bottom price that can make me multi-thousand percent ROI. I do not mind missing a few along the way...I am looking to hook the White Whales!
CALLS PUTS - This is why we DO NOT CHASE entry points. If you forced a trade on the puts yesterday or today, your WW trades would have resulted in a bust. When fishing for puts or calls, you want the trend to be in the direction you are fishing for. Calls = Long bias and Puts Short bias on the underlying stock.
