2021 Earnings Watch

DO NOT over trade or place all your trading capital into one trade idea. ONLY build your size over time after winning trades, because there will be multiple losing trades, so you need to money-mange until you start to gain profits; then you can compound your trade size and accelerate into much larger profits!
 
 

Below are earnings season stocks I think are good candidates for my strategies. If I highlight the SYMBOL in   GREEN   that means I am personally trading them or posting trade ideas for you to consider.

 

If there are SGB's, use those for your target strikes and follow the SGB trade guidelines.

The plan is to do the following:

 

1. Carefully review ALL earnings dates on high profile stocks and be sure to FOCUS on Wed/Thurs release dates as those are the best days to catch a Lotto Trade because most of weeks IV is wiped out.

 

2. Place wildcard   PUT   orders 20-30% OTM when you see a TTM Squeeze or SGB or SGB zone on the Daily Charts; and if the options prices are $0.20 or lower; BUY in and place more orders on multiple strike prices at $0.01 - $0.10—ESPECIALLY when the earnings releases are on Wed or Thurs.

 

3. If there are SGB's involved, then BUY MORE wildcard strikes and also get a couple of contracts inside a 15% move and/or sell credit spreads.

 

4. Check the lunar calendar, and if there is a FULL MOON at earnings time, you can buy more contracts in your direction of bias—MM's are superstitious types and I have seen surprise mega-moves during full moon cycles especially if they appear on expiration days!

5. Post earnings, when stocks get slammed down no further than the MMM, you can place orders on CALL strikes at the previous days close for $0.20 in the event we get a short squeeze the next day—you have the opportunity to hook onto a Moby Dick White Whale Trade!$$!
