THESE TRADE IDEAS ARE

HIGH LEVEL SPECULATION.

Note: These trade ideas will lose up to 100% several times until we get a winner, and with NFLX, that will result in a substantial profit, so stick with this strategy only if you have the account size and risk tolerance to draw down until the winning trades come in—and they WILL come in!$!

If you cannot afford to draw down buying a lot of calls or puts, then you can start with Collecting Rent vertical spreads. That way, your losses are limited, and once you start to make profits, then you can start to buy more calls and puts so you have unlimited profit potential when these trades kick in.

My bias on NFLX for 2016 is to the upside, but we will also cover some downside in the event an unexpected news story breaks over the weekend or they have a bad earnings release.

We will fish for our Lotto Calls and Puts up to 20% OTM week-to-week; and we will also be making some trades on expiration Fridays for the following week. That way, if there is a big news event, market event or upgrade/downgrade announced on Monday, we have the potential for NFLX to move substantially the rest of the week!

When I place trades, I like to buy at least 1 contract at the trade idea price; then I fish for lower prices on the rest because NFLX always has a lot of IV pumped up in the option prices.

Being patient and managing your trading capital is critical to success with my strategies. Starting small and building size with profits is the way to compound your account over a years time.
